Start cooking jasmine rice in advance.


Hardboil Eggs

  1. Bring pot of water up to boil
  2. Cook eggs for 8 minutes (hardboil)
  3. Cool the eggs in cold water to stop the cooking and peel them.
    1. RESERVE SOME OF THE BOILING WATER, KEEP WARM ON STOVE
